I will give you the lancing device which has a small need inside you push this on your finger & a spring pushes the needle upwards in to your finger 

you need two drops of blood in each test which you will have help to do 

2 Penis swabs for 

• Chlamydia 

• Gonorrhea 

the swabs have to go in to your urethra - (the hole in your Penis) and you have to rotate around for 15 seconds 

if you don‘t Like needles or will freak out putting the swab in your Penis don’t attend! you won’t be getting  your deposit back if you don’t read this before attending & freak out with the testing
